Taroko

Since the weekend I tried to write an article about the great weekend trip I had with Xenia, Ching and Felix at the last weekend. But until now I could not find the right words, nether in German than in English to sum up the great sights we saw and the fun we have had. At least I decided to start the other way round and have a look at the pictures first to get some impressions for a better writing. After I had made it through all pictures and subsequent to that made it through the selected pictures again and again, I finally ended up with nearly 50 pictures. That gave me the feeling it might be better to leave the pictures without any further words but the names for this time.
So, enjoy the impressions.

To enter the special Taroko Train you get two tickets - a small one and one with the double size. As you can see on the photo, you can put the smaller one in this special place so that the guy who checks the tickets does not need to wake you up if you fell asleep.

You could see the whole island of Taiwan by lying down on the ground. It was just a shape of the mountains but impressing.
